Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Our practice

TrueFix Pittsburgh does not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade customer lists, we do not pass details to data brokers or advertisers, and we do not run ad-tracking tools that follow you to other websites. What you give us is used to arrange and carry out your repair and to keep the records that go with it.

What is not a sale

A handful of service providers handle information on our behalf: the web host, our email provider, our scheduling software, the text-messaging platform and, when it is switched on, Google Analytics. They receive it so they can provide that service to us, not so they can market to you. Our Privacy Policy lists each of them and what they see.

Should that ever change, this page and the Privacy Policy would be revised beforehand, and you would be offered an opt-out ahead of any sale or advertising use.

Recording an opt-out anyway

You can still tell us you opt out of any sale or sharing. We will add a note to your customer record so the preference stays in place if our practices ever change. To see, correct or delete your information instead, go to Your Privacy Rights.
